Now 6 airbags are being added as standard features in all the variants of this SUV that meet the BS6 standards. However, with this, the prices of the Seltos have been increased by a maximum of Rs 30,000. It is worth noting that with this update, the Seltos has also become the first SUV in its class to have this feature added. Earlier this safety feature was available only in Kia cars.

With 6 airbag features, the price of Kia Seltos has increased from Rs 4,000 to Rs 30,000. In this, the lowest 1.4-liter petrol GTX + AT variant has been increased by Rs 4,000. Now the starting price of the base model HTE of Kia Seltos has increased from Rs 10.19 lakh to Rs 10.49 lakh. At the same time, the price of its top model X Line AT has increased from Rs 18.45 lakh to Rs 18.65 lakh.
Kia Seltos: Power
The Kia Seltos compact SUV is available with three engine options. It has the option of two petrol engines and one diesel engine. Its 1.5-liter 4-cylinder NA petrol engine generates 115PS of power and 144Nm of peak torque. At the same time, 1.4-liter 4-cylinder turbo petrol and 1.5-liter turbo diesel engines generate 140PS of power along with 242Nm of torque. The Altos comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox as standard. However, IMT and automatic gearbox options can be chosen in this.

In terms of features, the Seltos has been equipped with safety features like a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, brake assist, tire pressure monitoring system, while, it is expected that to make it safer, the company will add it. Along with the new connectivity options, it could add features like a head-up display, ADAS, and touchscreen infotainment panel.
