New Delhi (India), January 12: Everyone thinks that the construction business or industry is a simple place to work in, as you just need to construct and nothing else. But the founder of JP Construction, Mr Bhanwar Legha, never thought that, and he believes that energy is inversely proportional to poverty and these were the kind of thoughts he had in his mind while starting his construction business.
Mr Bhanwar Legha never considered the construction industry as a simple working industry; he believes in change and is continuously working to bring it.
Renewable Construction Business By Bhanwar Legha
Mr Bhanwar Legha is always curious about speaking and knowing more about clean and renewable energy transitions. Although he is in the construction business, he is not interested in building roads, buildings, or more, but with JP Construction, he is more interested in renewable products.
Not just that, Bhanwar started JP Construction on a small scale with 2-3 employees and generated plenty of employment opportunities to educate engineers. Along with all this work, he also does a lot of social work, such as helping schools to fulfil their basic facilities like drinking water, toilets, computers and more.
Sustainable Energy & Poverty in India
Mr Bhanwar strongly believes that India can overcome the problem of poverty with increased energy access that will directly help the people of India get better quality of life. And to work around sustainability and clean energy transition in 2020, he developed a second platform named “Jepee Construction Private Limited”.
And to bring this change, he is investing his time and efforts in community development and growing forest in the local villages. Both of these projects have the aim of creating a marketplace for achieving sustainability, increasing forest cover, and developing social infrastructure in the healthcare and education sector.
